Happy March!

It’s finally the month when spring officially starts, and as sad as I am that time is passing by so quickly, I’m ecstatic about warmer weather! Spring is one of my favorite seasons because the weather is amazing, and I can finally start to bring out my dresses and skirts!

As with every month’s end, I’m here with a short recap of some of my favorite products for this past month! If you’d like to see what I couldn’t get enough of, keep reading!

1. Jo Malone London Nectarine Blossom & Honey Body & Hand Wash

I know I’m pretty late in the game with my newfound obsession with Jo Malone’s products, but I recently receieved this Body & Hand Wash from a friend, and I’ve fallen in love with the uplifting and refreshing fragrance. I’m pretty into light, floral scents, so this combination of nectarine, peach, and cassis with delicate spring flowers and a note of acacia honey was right up my alley. I also love how the doesn’t leave my skin feeling dry at all, since the formula is quite gentle and keeps my delicate skin conditioned, even during the colder months.

2. Lancome Starlight Sparkle La Rose A Poudrer Highlighter

Next up is another gift that I received from my best friend, Vicky from Vicky’s Scrapbook! This beautiful Rose Highlighter was Vicky’s birthday gift to me, and I fell in love with it from the moment that I laid eyes on it! The packaging is reminiscent of a 50’s French-inspired Bijou box that traditionally houses loose powders, but once you open it, you’re greeted with a stunning highlighter that’s shaped to look like an actual rose.

I’ve been using this as an everyday highlighter for an elegant yet subtle glow, since the light-reflecting pearls are so smooth and buildable, making it the perfect choice for a natural look.

If you’re into dressing up your vanity, or you love makeup products that are not only functional, but also Instagrammable, you definitely need to get one of these!

3. Maybelline Lip Flush Bitten Lips Lipstick in Blackberry Cinnamon

Another makeup staple that I haven’t been able to get enough of is this lipstick from Maybelline. Though it looks just like the normal drugstore lipsticks that we can get at our local Target or Walmart, this Maybelline lipstick is special because it’s actually from East Asia, and it’s one of the first three-tone ombre lipsticks on the market! My friend gave this to me for Christmas after she came back from her travels, and I’ve been loving it ever since!

If you’re a follower of Korean makeup, then you’d know that the “bitten lips” effect was really popular for awhile. When the trend was first introduced, there weren’t any products like this on the market, and instead, we had to try to get this gradient effect on our own.

With this lipstick, though, the gradient lip can be achieved with just two swipes – one on the top and one on the bottom! I’ve been loving this particular one so much because the darker center makes for such a captivating yet subtly vampy look that’s perfect for the winter months! Plus, the formula is super moisturizing, so it sits more like a balm than a lipstick! I’m really hoping they’ll bring this over to the US Maybelline counters soon!

4. Apple AirPods

Other than my usual makeup and skincare favorites, I wanted to share my recent tech obsession – the Apple Airpods! My boyfriend has been super into his AirPods ever since he got them because of how convenient they are, and this sparked his decision to get me pair for my birthday as well. After using them, I can definitely see by he’s been obsessed – they’ve definitely made my headphone experience a lot more convenient!

If you’re an avid iPhone and Mac user, like me, then these AirPods will fit seamlessly into your everyday routine, giving you access to Bluetooth audio for phone calls, music, and more, and the built-in functions allow you to double-tap for Siri, and much more! I’d definitely recommend in investing in a pair because they’re super worth it!

5. Cat Ear Shape Phone Finger Ring Stand / Mount in Rose Gold

And lastly, I wanted to share my love for yet another tech favorite of mine – this adorable cat-ear shaped phone finger ring stand! In the past, I always thought the phone finger ring stands on the market were so bulky, and even though it was super convenient, I couldn’t bring myself to use one because it wasn’t too aesthetically pleasing. Well, that all changed when I found this cat-ear shaped one on Amazon (they really do have everything)! I love how subtle yet cute it is, and it’s in the perfect shade of rose-gold too! The best part about this finger ring is that it also comes with a magnet mount that works for my car, making it super convenient to look at the map when I’m driving!

And that wraps up all of my favorites from February! What were some of your favorites this past month? Let me know in the comments because I always love hearing from all of you!

  1. OMG so I’ve been really considering to get the air pods myself lately for working out. I currently wear a big headphone when I workout and I don’t enjoy how bulky it is. I loveee the sleek design of the airpods and it seems so easy to use!
