The Fall Uniform You Need This Season

We’re a few weeks into fall, and LA is finally cooling down (though I’m hoping there isn’t a freaky heat wave later this month… which is something that usually happens every year around Halloween, so we’ll see LOL)!

While temperatures have definitely dropped a bit, LA still isn’t really “cold.” In fact, I’m just thankful it’s at least a little chilly in the mornings… Once the afternoon hits though, we’re back to at least 80 degree temperatures haha! It definitely makes it hard to get dressed in the morning!

This is when layering becomes key, and lately, I’ve found myself gravitating towards lace camisoles and fuzzy cardigans! There’s just something about the juxtaposition of feminine lace and cozy knits that seem effortlessly sensual yet casual, making it the perfect outfit to throw on when you don’t know what to wear. Plus, lace always manages to elevate any ensemble, don’t you think?

I’ve been pairing my lace camis and fuzzy cardigans with skinny jeans to streamline the look and add some structure back to the look. And of course, I finish off with booties. As the weather cools down a bit more, I’ll definitely be switching up for over-the-knee boots! This outfit can even look super chic with heels, depending on where you’re going!
