In my youth, I used the same skincare products and followed the same routine all year round (and miraculously, this used to work for me)! As I grow older, though, I’ve realized that my skin condition changes depending on the weather, and using the same products and following the same regime 365 days a year definitely will not cut it, at least not in the long run.
This is why I’ve been going out of my way to add a variety of more matte and oil-free products into my skincare routine during the warmer months, but at the same time, now that we’re moving into the cooler months, I’m trying to incorporate more moisturizing products into my routine to help combat the dryness of LA’s weather conditions!
I was super excited to receive a wide range of moisturizing masks from Cohebe, a company that manufactures and distributes quality cosmetics, beauty, and health products throughout the US and Canada!
The first product that I received was this bubble “charcoal” mask that helps to remove toxins, dead skin cells and sebum to help brighten and cleanse the skin. I love how this mask really helps to purify my pores, so I can get my skin ready to absorb all of the nutrients from the moisturizing masks that I’m going to treat it with after I thoroughly cleanse!
If you’ve been following me for awhile now, then you know that I’m a huge fan of sheet masks, so I was super excited to try this honey collagen mask, which promises to stimulate skin with a blend of honey extract, collagen, and vitamin-E. Of all of the products that I received, this was my absolute favorite because it’s so easy to use and showed such great results! The morning after I used it, I woke up with glowing supple skin that looked extremely moisturized and youthful!
I know lip masks have been super popular in the past few years, but I’ve yet to try one since my lips were never really a concern! These lip gel masks look super cute, though, so I was pretty excited to try it out! With a blend of shea butter, cranberry extract, jojoba oil, and vitamin E, this mask really helped to give my lips intense hydration. Although I never thought I’d need lip masks, I was thoroughly surprised by how great my lips felt afterwards, especially since they’ve been a little chapped due to the windy fall breezes!
And of course, last but not least are these super cute cucumber eye pads! I love how they’re designed, but aside from their adorable packaging, these eye pads are actually super soothing! I work in a corporate office environment during the day, and once I’m home at night, I’m always clicking away at my laptop or phone, working on my blogging venture, so it’s no secret that I deal with tired eyes on a daily basis. This is why I found these cooling eye pads to be so amazing because they not only help my stressed eyes feel better, they also help to reduce the puffiness and appearance of dark circles, two of my biggest concerns, especially as I approach my late twenties!
Are you a fan of masks? And if so, which ones are your favorite? Let me know in the comments!
**I received these masks complimentary from Cohbe. All opinions are my own.
