What to Wear When You Have Nothing to Wear

You know those days where you’re just stumped and don’t know what to wear? Well, it’s pretty standard to want to throw on a cute sun dress since this one piece is not only easy to wear, it’s also stylish enough to stand alone on its own.

And though a classic sun dress is one of my top choices, I can’t help but be drawn to one piece jumpsuits lately, since they’re not only effortless, they’re also super chic and sophisticated!

While striped jumpsuits, as well as white and pastel-colored ones are perfect for the spring, there’s nothing quite as classic as a black jumpsuit, since it’s sophisticated, timeless, and never goes out of style!

For this particular jumpsuit, I love the thin spaghetti straps that hold it up, since it adds that subtly sexy element to an otherwise covered-up ensemble. Plus, this makes it perfect for layering a lacy bralette underneath, so that hints of lace can peak through for an even more sensual look.

Another great thing about jumpsuits? The monochromatic color scheme creates a slimmer and leaner silhouette, so you’ll definitely have legs for days!

To finish off the look, I threw on an oversized cardigan to add touches of bohemian chic to the ensemble, and paired it with my new favorite leather mule loafers to give it that effortlessly classic feel.
