With the holiday season fast approaching, the start of seasonal travels has also arrived, with lots of trips to various exotic destinations around the world, but most importantly, a majority will be traveling home for the holidays!
No matter your destination, though, one of the questions that always burns at the back of my mind is what to wear when I’m traveling?
Though I want to maintain a certain touch of understated, effortless chic, comfort will always be key, especially if I’m traveling long distances.
One of my favorite ensembles is a detailed tee paired with joggers and some kicks. Not only is the pairing super comfy, the casual silhouette, made sporty chic with some classic athleisure pieces, still looks cool yet utterly effortless.
I’m loving the draped effect and delicate criss-cross details on the back of this casual tee. From the front, there’s nothing ordinary about this shirt at all, but from the back, the draped effect makes for such an interesting silhouette, and the criss-cross details are so delicate, adding a touch of subtle sexiness to the open back.
I love trying new trends, but I always find myself drawn to timelessly classic pieces with a modern twist, like this draped open back criss-cross tee, because, as Coco Chanel once said, “fashion fades, only style remains the same.”
Paired with a comfortable pair of joggers and some of my favorite kicks, this ensemble is complete, emulating an effortlessly sporty chic look that’s not only perfect for holiday travels, but also great for after-workout sessions, taking you from a workout to a day out 😉
