Innisfree & Nature Republic Korean Skincare Haul

It’s definitely been awhile since my last beauty post, but I’m finally back with a huge haul from Korea, and I’m so excited to share it with you all!

Now that I’m clocking in about 10+ hours a day in my full-time job and managing my blog after work hours when I’m home, my stress-levels have been on a bit of a high, and unfortunately, my skin is suffering the adverse effects of it.

My number one concern is dry and parched skin – sitting in an artificially aired office room, my skin’s being zapped of all of its natural moisture since the air conditioning and heating just sucks up everything😦

That’s why I’ve been trying to look for products that will help me retain as much moisture as possible in order to maintain a healthy glow, as well as youthful, radiant skin.

You all already know my love for the Korean skincare brand, Innisfree, but lately, I’ve also been really enjoying a lot of the Nature Republic products as well (especially since a new store just opened about 20 minutes away from my house)!πŸ™‚

I’ve been visiting the Nature Republic boutique quite a bit in the last few weeks, and I’ve come back with quite a few products! Aside from that, I’ve also stocked up on some Innisfree skincare essentials as well, so without further ado, let’s get started!

My #1 favorite this season has been Nature Republic’s Sun Spray (which you probably remember from my posts here and here)! I know, I know, sunscreen is most effective when it’s in a cream/lotion form, but the honest truth is, when you’re sitting in an office from morning to night, there isn’t much chance that you’re exposed to the sun anyways, which is why I’ve opted for sun sprays. Not only are they lighter and easier to apply in the mornings (lazy girl problems), they’re also so convenient to stash in my bag for a midday touch-up if I decide to step out for lunch with my co-workers.

Aside from sunscreen, the other product that I needed to stock up on was toner. If you’ve been following my blog for awhile now, you’ll know how much I love Innisfree’s Rose Clear Skin (as seen here and here), which is just a more affordable version of Fresh’s Rose Floral Toner. Sadly, though, it seems like Innisfree has discontinued this product, so I’ve been searching for a new toner for awhile now. Vicky from Vicky’s Scrapbook recommended this lovely Green Tea Moisture Skin to me, I decided to buy one for myself as wellπŸ™‚ I haven’t used it yet, since I’m still finishing up my Rose Clear Skin, but once I do, I’ll be sure to write a thorough review about it here!

Now that I got my essentials, like toner and sunscreen, taken care of, it’s time to move on to those moisture-rich products that my skin’s been desperately craving hahaha! I’ve loved Laneige’s Sleeping Mask in the past, but I also wanted to try some different brands. I’ve had such a positive experience with Nature Republic’s Super Aqua Max collection (as seen here), so I was really excited to purchase this Deep Moisture Sleeping Pack!

I also bought some of my favorite sheet masks from both Innisfree and Nature Republic, so I can’t wait to try those as well!πŸ™‚ In addition to that, Aloe Vera gel has been acting as a great skin soother for me almost every other day, since the cooling effects feel so good on my dry skin. When applied thickly as the last step of my skincare routine, it almost acts as a sleeping mask itself!

In addition to masks, serums also play a big role in keeping skin thoroughly moisturized and healthy. This Rose Real Nature Ampoule smelled so pretty, and I love how the natural ingredients help skin look smoother and more even.

And lastly, though it’s not really a skincare product, I opted for Nature Republic’s Lip & Eye Remover MildΒ because the bottle was just too pretty! Don’t the little flowers look so cute?πŸ™‚

And that completes my haul! I hope you guys enjoyed this beauty post!πŸ™‚ What products have you been obsessing over this season? Let me know in the comments because I love hearing from you!
