April 2016 Instagram Round-Up

Hi loves, and Happy Tuesday!

It’s officially the second week of May, and I’ve decided to round up some of my favorite Instagram posts from last month to share with you all (just in case you missed them)!🙂

For those of you who follow me on Instagram (@elizabeeetht), you’ve probably already seen most of these, but for those of you who don’t, I hope you enjoy!

Taking advantage of these last few chilly days by wearing some chunky knits (with a spring twist, of course)😛

Trying to be healthy with a once a week salad cleanse😀 Because green supposedly means good for my body, right?

Nothing like a rainy Sunday spent curled in blankets with a good book

Are you ready for Coachella? Nothing says music-festival-ready like a romper, booties, and a straw hat, right?

#TGIF! Wishing it were the weekend already, so I can just laze at home all day in stylish loungewear and lingerie

Weekends are for coffee dates with the bestie❤🙂 Because, you know, #coffeesnobsociety (and #teamnosleep of course)

The 4 pairs of shoes I’m wearing on repeat this spring

#TGIF – nothing like some Korean comfort good after a long week😀 BTW, why isn’t there a chopstick emoji?

This is what happens when you’re bored on a Sunday afternoon and life decides to give you good lighting

A glimpse of my sunglasses collection🙂 Summer, I’m ready for you! Now if only the weather would cooperate just a bit…

Not even halfway through the day yet, and we’re already on our second cup😉 We come here so much, we should be given honorary membership or something hahaha!

In the past, I used to post on Instagram very sporadically because I felt like if I shared too much, it would seem a little too flashy or annoying, especially since my account’s audience isn’t just limited to my blog’s followers, but also includes some of my friends from my personal life as well. In the past year, though, my point of view has changed regarding this – rather than posting for others, I’ve decided to use my Instagram as a visual diary of sorts, utilizing it to post about aspects of my daily life that make me happy.

This is partly why I started this new series on my blog as well – I wanted to use this monthly round-up to look back on all of the great moments every month because I feel like it’ll make me more accountable to posting on my Instagram regularly, not for others, but for me, so I can have all of these memories to look back on a year from now🙂

I hope you all enjoyed my Instagram round up, and if you aren’t already, please follow me on Instagram @elizabeeetht🙂 What do you all use your Instagram for? And what were some of your favorite moments from this month?

  1. I am so glad you posted this because I have been terrible at catching up with my social media channels, including IG, and, as a result, missed out of gorgeous photos like yours, lovely. So yeah, will be there in a min liking away😉
It’s amazing what you decided to do about your Instagram profile and post for yourself – it’s the best approach and something I need to remember to do. At the end of the day, it’s your very own profile and it is bound to inspire YOU & make YOU happy❤
