Romantic Fantasy

Hello fall!

With September coming to an end, autumn is just around the corner 🙂

Though the days are still a little warm in California, I’ve been enjoying the temperatures because it means I can still wear dresses.

While fall is usually ruled by a richer color palette, I feel that this pastel number from Free People gives off the perfect romantic bohemian vibe that I always associate with autumn.

There’s just something so beautiful about the lighter colors and the way it blends seamlessly into nature that makes it a little ethereal to me!

And the asymmetrical hem makes the flowing full skirt so elegant yet effortless in the autumn breeze 🙂

With delicate little buttons up the front of the dress, the details add even more to the overall minimal bohemian chic vibe of the ensemble.

What I absolutely love about this dress is how comfortable it is to wear, as the cotton blend feels so soft on my skin, making it the perfect dress to wear during this summer-to-autumn transition.

To maintain the romantic bohemian style, I opted for my current favorite pair of sandals.

Likewise, because there’s already a cinched waist to the dress, I opted to forgo the belt, as this will further amp up the minimalistic elements of this outfit 🙂

    • Hahah aww thank you so much Annie ❤ I had super short hair for a while too, and I know how painful it is when it reaches that not-short-but-not-long length.
I was actually thinking of getting a little trim soon, just having a hard time picking out a hair style to try though 😛
Thank you for always supporting my blog! 🙂
